It is currently completely taken apart and getting cleaned up, repainted (pick gaurd and pickup covers) and a few other tiny modifications. Now that Im actually trying to learn, the strings really needed to be replaced. I never played it much, so it sat around for a while. So anyway, here are some pics of the guitar. I was given a Samick Lf-006 (3/4 sized cheap acoustic) as a gift. Here's another, but the headstock looks different: Guy says that's a Memphis body and it looks just like mine. So, I've only found one other hint of "Memphis" online and it's this eBay auction (which is ending soon): Um, what? Who makes an entire guitar and doesn't at least put a mark or number on it somewhere? I don't care how cheap it is (and this isn't that cheap looking), who does that, seriously? All it says is "Memphis" on the headstock.

Those Memphis guitars are mostly fat body guitars, this is something completely different. only instead of saying "Fender" on the headstock, it says "Memphis". At first glance it looks like your typical 6-string Fender strat, black body with white pickgaurd, 3 single coil pickups.
